Cirque Du Soleil Kurios show

My last Saturday in Bromley/London

Since I’m leaving tomorrow to go to Cambridge, I wanted to do one more really cool thing before I have to leave London. So I bought tickets to see the Cirque du Soleil show Kurios. It’s new to London and not here for very long so I splurged and bought a ticket. The cheapest one was 97 pounds which is about $125 or so; and this was for the 11:30 viewing. They have 3 on Saturday! But I’m really glad I went. It’s not the best Cirque show I’ve seen but it was really entertaining. I am always amazed at how those folks can make their bodies move and contort and balance. The theme was pretty cool too. It was like old world of French costumes, which is pretty typical for them I guess but I really liked the way to costumes looked. Too bad I couldn’t take pictures, but I did get pictures of the Royal Albert Hall, which is a beautiful venue.

Once the show was over, around two, I went and had lunch at the the Arcade Food Hall, which is a super cool venue! I highly recommend it for people going to London. There are all kinds of international restaurants and you can order a little something from several different restaurants. I ordered some falafel from a Greek restaurant and a chicken dumpling thing from a Nepali restaurant - I've never had Nepali food before. And a glass of wine of course. It was delight. And the ambience in there is also a very cool and trendy vibe. This was a great way to spent my final Saturday on London!
